Seamless polka dot pattern overlays

Please note, these are not blue and white papers, these are paper templates to make digital papers! The white areas you see in preview are transparent. You will need to edit the layer in Photoshop and apply a color overlay to recolor the motifs or play with blending modes to get endless designs.
