We require that our customers be at least 18 years old or older to be able to purchase any products or subscribe to our newsletter or marketing sign ups.
LOW ORDER FEE
Please note that our store has a $1.50 minimum order policy. This means that your order must equal $1.50 or more to check out. This is required due to designer commissions and PayPal fees that must be paid on each order. IF your order is under our $1.50 minimum order requirement, a $1.49 "LOW ORDER FEE" will be attached to your order. Please ensure that you spend at least $1.50 so that you will not be charged the low order fee.
REFUNDS
All products in this store are digital and are delivered via immediate download so they are NOT refundable. If there is a quality issue with a product you have received, please contact us immediatally so we can attempt to get the problem corrected. We will work together with the products designer to ensure that you get what you paid for. If we cannot fix the problem, you will be offered a replacement or a store credit towards that designers products.
DOUBLE ORDERS
Because customers are given multiple times to check their shopping cart contents before paying, any double purchase errors are the responsibility of the buyer. We cannot offer a replacement or refund if you have ordered the same product twice in the same order or in different orders. You will see a warning on the product page if you have alrady purchased the item. If you are unsure if an order went through because of a site lag or processing difficulty at PayPal, please do not immediately order again. Please contact us so we can look at the payment and cart records to see what has happened.
PRICE ADJUSTMENTS
We are not able to offer price adjustments on previous purchases because of a missed sale or coupon. The price showing in your cart when you check out will be the final payment and will not be adjusted. This store clock works on Eastern Standard Time (EST). Sale ending dates are always at 11:59 pm EST on the date posted.
DOWNLOAD RESETS
It is solely your responsibility to download, unzip and backup your orders BEFORE your order expires. All download links automatically expire after 7 days or 5 separate download clicks (whichever comes first). We STRONGLY suggest that you copy your downloads to a CD or DVD or some sort of external device such as a EHD (External Hard Drive) to ensure their safe keeping because computers are known to crash without warning and we can not be used as your online storage device.
Download resets may be done for up to 30 days on all orders for reasons of corrupt files or lost files or missed downloads. After 30 days, we cannot guarantee that the your order and/or the zip files will still be available. Files may no longer be available due to discontinued products or designers products of those who are not longer in our store.
Download reactivation resets for orders older than 90 days old are subject to a $5.00 reset processing fee, per order. We will not reactive any orders that are more than six (6) month old, you must re-purchase the product(s).
