TERMS OF USE: >> Commercial use does not mean that you can repackage and resell our graphics as is. >> Our graphics may not be sold "as is" they must be modified, integrated into your design and enough of your own work must be added. >>This is not a reseller license, you are purchasing the a license to use our graphics according to the folowing terms of use, you are not purchasing the rights to the graphics themselves. Neither our licenses transfer copyrights. 1) DIGITAL PAPERS, CLIPARTS, COLLAGE SHEETS: >> You may use them for S4H/O, print on demand, and to create tangible items for resale. S4H/O means that you will send to your customer a printed (no digital) scrapbook page or photo album. 2) DIGITAL TOOLS SUCH AS: OVERLAYS, PHOTOSHOP BRUSHES, PSP TUBES, CUSTOM SHAPES, PHOTOSHOP LAYER STYLES, TEMPLATES, LAYERED TEMPLATES: >> You may use them to create digital scrapbook kits you will sell for personal use, S4H/O. >> Designs for your print on demand and Etsy type of store. >> You may use them to design websites, blogs and web graphics as long as you use them at a maximum of 72 dpi. and you don't send our original graphics to your customer. >> You may use them for logo design as long as our graphics are a part of the design and not the logo itself, please don't send our original graphics to your customer. 3) EMBROIDERY DIGITIZERS: You may convert/digitize our graphics and sell them as digital download as long as they are offered in embroidery formats (no JPEG, PNG or any sort of cutting files) and to create tangible embroidered goods for resale in small scale (less than 200) 4) TEACHERS AND EDUCATORS: You can use our products personally o commercially for digital games or educational sheets as long as you credit Lilmade Designs with a clickable link inside your PDF file on your blog or wherever you display the file. 5) LIMITATIONS >> You may not sell our clip arts, collage sheets, and digital papers as digital download as is or altered (exception: teachers and embroidery digitizers) Only our digital tools can be used to create artwork to be resold in digital format. >> No CU x CU >> You may not resell our original files, meaning you may not repackage and resell our original PNG's or JPEG. >> You may not share, exchange or loan our graphics. >> Don't include our graphics in any CD image collections, Photoshop Brush sets, PSP tubes or EBay/Mercado Libre image collections. >> Please don't extract our graphics to create SVG cutting files for resale. |
