Boop Designs (Terms of Use)
The following terms apply to ALL my TOU
Please scroll down to the terms that apply to the product you purchases for further details regarding those specific terms.
The files contained within my zip files are licensed to the purchaser's computer only.
My products are protected by copyright law whether free or not!
• You are NOT permitted to share or exchange the files.
• You are not allowed to use any of my work for obscene, defamatory or immoral purposes.

Boop Designs CU (commercial use) TOU
• You may alter these items for use in your digital scrapbook pages and/or projects but you cannot claim the original form whether altered or not, as your own.
• You may use a flattened (jpg/png; not layered) file for monetary gain, by incorporating them in a digital scrapbooking kit, pages and/or other creations as long as they are packaged along with other elements and sold as personal use only item.
• You may use this product for monetary gain, by incorporating them in a digital scrapbooking kit, pages and/or craft projects as long as they are packaged along with other elements.
• No more than 50% of a product that you sell can be made from my designs.
• When using images commercially, you are required to merge or flatten the decorated layers of the template before adding the images to your project for resell.
All merged images MUST BE PACKAGED with other items or incorporated onto other designs.
You may add your decorated images to create a scrap kit but you are not permitted to repackage the images and sell them as a stand alone product, element pack or clipart.

Please note that my CU templates are NOT a CU4CU product! This means that you are not allowed to create commercial use products from them or any part of them.
In addition, you may NOT use these items to create cutting file patterns, embroidery items, clipart, CD’s or any type mass production items for which you sell.
• You are NOT permitted to share or exchange them.
• You are not permitted to use my designs to mass-produce products.
• You are not permitted to resell, repackage, and/or redistribute these files in original form. (MUST BE ALTERED)
• You are not permitted to claim the original form or the altered form as your own.
• You are not permitted to create template or any type of commercial use products with these files.
• You are notpermitted to use any of my work for obscene, defamatory or immoral purposes.
• You are not permitted to use original or altered items (whole or part) to give away as a freebie.
• Credits are not required but are most appreciated. Pease give credit to, “Boop Designs at https://cuditials.com".

• My CU items are also PU/S4H/S4O friendly.

Boop Designs S4H / S4O (scrap-4-hire / scrap-4-others) TOU
• You MAY create custom, one-of-a-Kind layouts or other craft item for individual clients but NOT groups.
ALL items you create must be delivered to the client in printed or flattened .jpg form and must NOT be layered files or .png files.
ALL items must be unique and created for that specific customer.
• credits ARE required when posting layouts or crafting products to online media , galleries or magizine submissions.

My PU items are for PERSONAL use ONLY!
• You MAY make necessary alterations to these files to fit your own personal scrapbook or crafting projects.
You are NOT permitted to sell, share, exchange, redistribute or claim them as your own.
You are NOT permitted to use my PU products for monetary gain in any way.
You are not allowed to use original (whole or part) to give away as a freebie. You must add the original artwork to another item and merge them together to be able to use as a freebie.
• Some of my PU items also S4H/S4O friendly. Please refer to product description or preview for further direction.
• credits ARE required when posting layouts or crafting products to online media , galleries or magizine submissions.
