Commercial Use TOU – Inspiredbydominic Designs (copyright 2011)



By purchasing this product you have the right to use this product commercially 
as follows:



- You may create layouts for others and sell the final flattened image.



- You may use this product for making greeting cards, wrappers, 
calendars, 
etc as long as it is for small home based business 
purposes.



- You may use this product for web and blog design purposes as long as 
all images are flattened and 72 ppi.



- You may use this product to create papers and/or 
elements for your digital 
scrapbook kits, element packs, etc.



- You are NOT required to credit me for using this product, 
however if you 
wish to please credit Inspiredbydominic Designs.  
Again, credit is 
not required but it is appreciated.

-You may alter the product if needed but just know that enlarging is not 
recommended as you will lose quality and the results may 
be poor. 
Scaling them DOWN should have no effect on the resolution.



-You may NOT use this product by itself to create an "element pack" by 
just recoloring and repackaging. To use in an element pack, you must have 
worked this product into your own design.



-You may NOT use this product to make commercial use products. 
(Scrap 4 Hire, yes - designer tools, no.)

-You may use my texture overlays to create designs that may be sold to paper 
companies. However, you may not claim copyright on these overlays.



Any distribution, sharing or selling of the products themselves or of the 
commercial use license is not allowed as these are copyrighted images and 
it would be illegal to do so.
