Commercial Terms of use.
All rights to graphics, elements and scrapbooks are retained by Kastagnette.
These elements were created at 300 dpi to insure a good printing quality.
YOU MAY:
1. YOU MAY alter these graphics and use them in your personal scrapbooking, layouts and frame making.
2. YOU MAY copy and modify the Product for your own personal use
(recolor, resize, and otherwise change these graphics for your own personal layouts).
3. YOU MAY use them to create items for sale in digital scrapbooking kits ONLY.
4. YOU MAY create S4H / S4O kits with my commercial use products
5. YOU MAY create freebies : Freebies are allowed as long as my products are modified, not simplyrecolored.
The end result must be different than the original product.
6. YOU MAY offer quick pages with py products only if the layers are merged.
YOU MAY NOT:
1. YOU MAY NOT resell or redistribute these graphics in their original design individually.
2. YOU MAY NOT offer them in any other graphics collection.
3. YOU MAY NOT offer any of my graphics images for download on any webpage, groups,news, communities.
4. YOU MAY NOT use any of my graphics in the making of brushes, patterns, styles, templates and redistribute them in Commercial use pack.
5. YOU MAY NOT add these graphics to any CD for sale.
6. YOU MAY NOT claim as yours.
7. YOU MAY NOT use any of my products to create your own CU products.
9. YOU MAY NOT create a kit with more than 40 % of my CU products.
