You may use my CU products by incorporating them into a digital kit provided that my items do not exceed more than 50% of the total items in the kit package.
You may use my designs as a portion of a freebie but not the entire item. Credit must be given on freebies as "Contribution by StephsGraphx".
You may use a portion of my items to create quick pages, not to exceed 50% of the total items in that quick page and credit must be given to StephsGraphx in the TOU.
You may alter these images by recoloring, adding patterns, resizing etc to suit your needs, but you may not claim the original or altered elements as your own.

You are not permitted for any reason to share my items through sharing groups such as YahooGroups or GoogleGroups.
You are not permitted to upload any portion of my items to any file sharing site such as 4shared or RapidShare.
You may not use any of my work to create any obscene, hate-promoting, immortal or defamatory graphics.

Website layouts, templates,themes, or page sets:
My personal TOU and Commercial TOU must be followed when using my designs for
PTU webdesign. Since you can't give credit in a TOU on web sets easily,
I ask that you please include my name or a link to me, either on your own website or on the page you created.
Preferably a link to my blog, www.stephsgraphx.blogspot.com. However, some small text with,
"scrapkit by StephsGraphx somewhere on the page is fine too.

Credit is not required unless otherwise specified above. However it is always welcomed and appreciated.
