This action set will turn any shape or text into tulle lace netting, in your choice of small, medium and large netting, in white or any color you choose, and with your choice of 3 different edgings. It includes two actions, one for white tulle and one for colored tulle. You choose the edging of your choice during either action.  Action is optimized for 300 resolution. Samples are shown one-third actual size. Drop shadows on samples not included. Action is tested to work in Photoshop CS, CS2 and CS3, will not work in earlier versions.
