By using commercial use products made by CU by Day you are agreeing to the terms stated in this document.
This license is intended for small home based businesses only.

YOU MAY:
You may use these items for the purpose of creating items to include in digital scrapbook kits, candy wrappers, cards or any other small home based business enterprise.
You may use these items for Scrap 4 Others or Scrap 4 Hire projects provided that the files are flattened into jpeg form first.
You may create brushes and patterns for your own commercial use with my designs, but you may not redistribute those brushes or patterns in any way.
You may submit kits created with these items for publication provided credit is given to ...Inspirations. (credit for non-submitted kits not required)
You may make one copy of these files for backup purposes.

YOU MAY NOT
You may not claim these items as your own in their original form or if they've been altered.
You may not redistribute brushes or patterns made with our products.
You may not include more than 40% of our products in one kit.
You may not add these items to any CD for sale.
