In light of the new EU VAT laws that took effect January 1, 2015 we regret to inform our European customers that we can no longer accept automatic payments nor supply automatic downloads to you. To be EU VAT compliant we must offer our European customers a slightly different alternative.
If you are a EU customer and want to make a purchase from CUDigitals.com please do the following:
- Place desired products into your cart as usual and proceed to the checkout to obtain the total due for your products. However, Do NOT complete your order.
- Email us at euorders@cudigitals.com informing us that you have items ready for checkout.
- We will manually send you an invoice for the amount in your cart via PayPal for you to promptly pay.
- Once we have received conformation from PayPal for your payment we will supply you with the download link(s).
This process is only necessary for our European customers so that we may remain EU VAT compliant. We continue to offer automatic payments and downloads for everyone else.
